Description:
2'-O-tert-Butyldimethylsilyl-5-O-DMT-nebularine 3'-CE phosphoramidite is a monophosphate nucleoside analog. It has been shown to have anticancer and antiviral activity. This compound is synthesized by reacting 5'-O-DMT-nebularine with 2'-deoxyribonucleosides with an activator, such as pyridine. The resulting product can be used as a building block in the synthesis of DNA or RNA.
