Product Information
1-(5-bromo-2-hydroxy-4-methoxyphenyl)ethanone (BAEE) is a molecule that belongs to the group of phorbol esters. It has been shown to have potent effects on the bone tissue, stimulating the production of matrix metalloproteinase (MMPs), pro-inflammatory cytokines, and hydrogen bond. BAEE also inhibits the activity of c-jun N terminal kinase (JNK), which is an enzyme that plays a key role in various cellular processes including proliferation and apoptosis. Research has found that BAEE is able to induce apoptosis in fibrosarcoma cells, which are cancerous cells from connective tissues.
