- Gant58
GANT58 is a supramolecular molecule that has been shown to bind to the C-terminal tail of the Hh/Gli protein and inhibit its function. GANT58 also has bifunctional properties, which means that it can act as a hydrogen bond donor or acceptor depending on where it binds to the Hh/Gli protein. GANT58 is hydrophobic, so it binds well to the hydrophobic regions on the Hh/Gli protein.
