Cyclo[Arg-Gly-Asp-D-Phe-Lys(PEG-PEG-Cys)] is a peptide macrocycle that consists of a cyclic dipeptide with an RGD sequence. It is useful for the treatment of inflammation and cancer. This peptide macrocycle has been shown to inhibit tumor cell proliferation, induce apoptosis, and suppress inflammation in animal models. Cyclo[Arg-Gly-Asp-D-Phe] also has been shown to have antiangiogenic properties in vitro and in vivo.
