Product Information
- fluorescein-5(6)-carboxamidocaproic*acid N-hydrox
- 6-[Fluorescein-5(6)-carboxamido]hexanoic acid N-hydroxysuccinimide ester
Fluorescein is a fluorescent dye that can be used to label proteins, nucleic acids, and other molecules. 5(6)-SFX (Fluorescein) SE is a fluorescent dye that emits light at 520 nm when excited with light of 490 nm wavelength. It has been used for the research of oligomerization of protein molecules in environmental factors. The emission spectrum of 5(6)-SFX (Fluorescein) SE is sensitive to the environment and depends on pH, ionic strength, and temperature. 5(6)-SFX (Fluorescein) SE can also be used for labeling of oligomers in ubiquity research and spectroscopy.
