The emission spectrum of 5(6)-SFX (Fluorescein) SE is sensitive to the environment and depends on pH, ionic strength, and temperature. 5(6)-SFX (Fluorescein) SE can also be used for labeling of oligomers in ubiquity research and spectroscopy.
