Product Information
dTAG-13 is a hematopoietic cell remodeler that regulates the expression of genes in mammalian cells. It has been shown to be involved in protein homeostasis and cellular differentiation. dTAG-13 was also found to be noncatalytic, but it may have a role in regulating physiological levels of proteins. This protein is found at high levels in transcriptomes from pancreatic cancer cells and acute lymphoblastic leukemia cells. dTAG-13 has also been shown to regulate pluripotent stem cells and regulate the expression of genes in mammalian cells.
