It has been shown to inhibit the oxidation of dopamine and 5-hydroxytryptamine in rat brain synaptosomes. 1-Benzyl-N-[2-(2,4-dichlorophenyl)ethyl]piperidin-4-amine is a high purity reagent with >99% purity. It has been used as an inhibitor of TRPC1 channels in Cell Biology research and as a pharmacological tool for studying protein interactions in Pharmacology studies.
