Description:
I-BRD9 is a human monoclonal antibody that binds to the lysine residues on BRD9. It is used in research for the treatment of cancer, autoimmune diseases, and viruses. This drug has been shown to inhibit the transcriptional regulation of BRD9 by binding to its lysine residues. I-BRD9 also inhibits the activity of polymerase chain reaction (PCR) by blocking DNA polymerase from recognizing specific sequences on DNA strands, which may be useful in preventing viral replication and other gene expression.
