Product Information
Losartan-d3 carboxylic acid is a peptide that inhibits the activity of angiotensin II receptor type 1 (AT1). Losartan-d3 carboxylic acid has been shown to inhibit the binding of angiotensin II to its AT1 receptor, which prevents the activation of G-proteins and subsequent signaling pathways. It has also been shown to be an activator of G-protein coupled receptors, such as bradykinin B2 receptor. This agent has been used as a research tool to study protein interactions and has been shown to bind with high affinity to some receptors, including AT1 and beta2 adrenergic receptor.
