Product Information
Neochamaejasmine A is a natural product that is extracted from Tripterygium wilfordii. It inhibits cell proliferation and induces apoptosis by inhibiting the mitochondrial membrane potential and decreasing the levels of reactive oxygen species (ROS). Neochamaejasmine A also prevents cancer cells from dividing by inhibiting the activity of p21. The extract has been shown to be effective in inducing apoptosis in malignant melanoma cells, while not causing any cytotoxicity to healthy cells.
