Description:
N-Cyclopropyl 4-chloropicolinamide is a potent antiproliferative agent that inhibits the phosphorylation of the VEGFR. It has shown significant inhibitory activities against cancer cell lines, including MDA-MB-231 and HCT116, as well as significant inhibitory activities against tumor growth in vivo. N-Cyclopropyl 4-chloropicolinamide is also an inhibitor of protein synthesis and can be used to treat cancer. This drug may also have anticancer effects due to its ability to induce apoptosis in cells with high levels of thiourea, which may lead to inhibition of angiogenesis.
