Product Information
N-(2,3-Dihydro-1,4-benzodioxin-6-yl)-1,2-dihydro-1-methyl-2-oxo-4-quinolinecarboxamide is a small molecule that inhibits the acetylation of histone lysine residues. It has potent anticancer activity and has been shown to inhibit tumor growth and proliferation in xenograft models. N-(2,3-Dihydro-1,4-benzodioxin-6-yl)-1,2-dihydro-1-methyl-2 -oxo -4 -quinolinecarboxamide is able to selectively target cancer cells due to its low toxicity in healthy cells. It is also able to bind to bromodomains which are found in many cancers.
