Product Information
MRT67307 is an IKKµ/TBK1 inhibitor that has been shown to be clinically relevant in animal models of inflammatory bowel disease. MRT67307 inhibits the activation of IKKµ and TBK1, which are upstream kinases in the inflammatory pathway. MRT67307 blocks the production of pro-inflammatory cytokines and chemokines, leading to suppression of inflammation. In addition, MRT67307 has been shown to increase autophagy and inhibit Toll-like receptor 4 signaling in vitro, suggesting a potential therapeutic role for this drug in other diseases such as infectious diseases.
