Product Information
N-(3-aminophenyl)acrylamide is a chemical compound that has been shown to inhibit the activity of tyrosine kinase and pro-apoptotic protein. It also inhibits cancer cell proliferation and induces apoptosis in cells in the G1 phase of the cell cycle. N-(3-aminophenyl)acrylamide is covalently bound to enzymes, which prevents their function. This compound is not cytotoxic to healthy cells, but it does have potent antiproliferative effects on cancer cells.
