3-Amino-6-(morpholin-4-yl)pyridazine is a drug that belongs to the category of vasodilators. It is used to treat pulmonary and renal hypertension, as well as high blood pressure. 3-Amino-6-(morpholin-4-yl)pyridazine dilates arterioles by relaxing smooth muscles in the vascular wall. This drug also causes dilation of coronary artery and myocardial contractility without affecting heart rate. The onset of 3-Amino-6-(morpholin-4-yl)pyridazine is within 15 minutes after oral administration and its duration is up to 6 hours.
