Description:

Antineoplaston A10 is a water-soluble sodium salt of an antineoplaston. It has been shown to be minimally toxic in tissue culture, with no observable effect on the viability of cells after exposure to concentrations up to 100 μM. Antineoplaston A10 is covalently linked to hydrogen bonds and interacts with camp levels in urine samples. This drug has shown potent antitumor activity against a variety of carcinoma cell lines and cancer cells in animal models. Antineoplaston A10 binds to the toll-like receptor (TLR) on cancer cells and inhibits protein synthesis, leading to cell death by apoptosis or necrosis.
