Description:

Glycerol diallyl ether (DAD) is a reactive compound that reacts with other molecules to form polymers. DAD can be used as a polymerization initiator for the synthesis of polyesters and polyurethanes, which are used in applications such as coatings, adhesives, and sealants. DAD has been shown to be reactive with DNA and RNA, which makes it a potent inhibitor of recombinant proteins.
