Description:
N1-Benzylbenzene-1,4-diamine is a potent kinase inhibitor that binds to the ATP binding site of the enzyme and inhibits the activity by preventing the phosphorylation of the substrate. This compound has been shown to inhibit endothelial cell growth in vitro and in vivo. N1-Benzylbenzene-1,4-diamine also inhibits VEGF receptor 2 (VEGFR2) with potent inhibitory activity. The inhibition of VEGFR2 leads to decreased endothelial cell growth and angiogenesis in vivo.
