Description:

7-Hydroxy-4-methyl-1-indanone (7HMI) is an analgesic that is structurally similar to oximes and has been shown to be catalytic. It has antiarteriosclerotic properties and has been shown to inhibit the production of active oxygen species, which are believed to be responsible for a variety of diseases. 7HMI also inhibits the production of hydrogenated arachidonic acid, which leads to the reduction in autoimmune diseases. This agent is not carcinogenic and does not cause any side effects. However, it is a strong oxidizer and can cause irritation if it comes into contact with skin or eyes.
