Product Information
6-Hydroxykaempferol 3,6-diglucoside is a flavonoid that is found in the flower of the plant Carthamus tinctorius. This compound has been shown to be hydrolyzed by a number of enzymes including carthamus tinctorius l. (CTL) and other unidentified enzymes. Hydrolysis by CTL was activated by optimization with a pH of 5.0 and an incubation time of 30 minutes. The 6-hydroxykaempferol 3,6-diglucoside had mismatches with herbal compounds such as apigenin, quercetin, and kaempferol 3-O-glucoside. These results were analyzed using HPLC and LC/MS/MS methods to identify the flavonoids present in the sample.
