Product Information
CDN1163 is a molecule that has been shown to regulate the activity of the ryanodine receptor (RYR) and autophagy, two cellular processes that are involved in metabolic disorders. CDN1163 also regulates the transcriptional regulation of genes by inhibiting the transcriptional co-activator protein p300 and by preventing its association with histone acetyltransferase (HAT). CDN1163 also has an effect on cytosolic Ca2+ levels, which is important for cell proliferation and differentiation. Transcriptomic analysis of wild-type mice showed that CDN1163 increased expression of genes related to cytosolic Ca2+ regulation.
