Product Information
LM22B-10 is a molecule that binds to the RhoA/Rho kinase (ROCK) signaling pathway, which has been implicated in synaptic dysfunction and cancer. LM22B-10 also inhibits the pro-inflammatory factors TNF-α and IL-1β, which are mediated by MAPK signaling pathways. The LM22B-10 molecule has been shown to induce cell lysis in H9c2 cells through autophagy, a process that involves destruction of cellular components such as proteins and organelles. This molecule also induces mitochondrial membrane potential changes in H9c2 cells. In addition, LM22B-10 is a potent inhibitor of diploid cells, which may be useful for treating cancerous tumors.
