Product Information
6-Acetyl-2,2-dimethylchroman-4-one (6ADM) is a sesquiterpene lactone that induces apoptotic cell death in HL60 cells. It has been shown to induce apoptosis through the activation of caspase 3 and 9 and MAPKs. 6ADM also inhibits cancer growth and metastasis by inducing mesenchymal stromal cells into a myeloid lineage and increasing the expression of CD200, which suppresses tumor growth.
