Description:

(E)-2-Cyano-3-(4-hydroxy-3,5-diisopropylphenyl)-N-(3-phenylpropyl)acrylamide is a potent inhibitor of P2Y receptors. This drug has been shown to inhibit tumor growth in mice xenografts and polymerase chain reactions. It also decreases neuronal death and endothelial cell death in vitro assays. (E)-2-Cyano-3-(4-hydroxy-3,5-diisopropylphenyl)-N-(3-phenylpropyl)acrylamide has been shown to be a potent inhibitor of P2Y receptors.
