Description:
Quinazoline-2-carboxylic acid is a drug that inhibits the synthesis of leukotriene D4, which is an inflammatory mediator. It has been shown to inhibit anaphylactic reactions and allergic reactions, as well as muscle contraction and bronchial constriction in a dose-dependent manner. Quinazoline-2-carboxylic acid also has antigens that are homologous with those found in tumors. It can be used for the treatment of cancer and for the prevention of cavity formation.
