Product Information
3-Ethyl-5-fluoro-1H-indole-2-carboxylic acid is an electrophysiological ligand that binds to the cannabinoid receptor. It has been shown to have a high affinity for CB1 receptors, but not CB2 or GPR55 receptors. 3-Ethyl-5-fluoro-1H-indole-2-carboxylic acid has been shown to inhibit the binding of guanosine 5'-triphosphate (GTPγS) to brain membranes and cerebellar membranes. The compound also inhibits the frequency of spontaneous action potentials in neurons.
