1-Butoxy-4-methoxybenzene (1BM) is a chemical compound that can be classified as an isomer. It is one of the two isomers of 1,4-dioxane. Chemists have found 1BM to be useful for synthesizing macrocycles, which are large molecules with a ring structure.
