Description:
PTP CD45 Inhibitor is a potent inhibitor of the PTP-CD45 tyrosine phosphatase. It has been shown to be effective in inhibiting the growth of colorectal adenocarcinoma cells, as well as cancer cell lines from other tissues. This compound also has anti-inflammatory properties and can be used to inhibit skin cancer. PTP CD45 Inhibitor binds to the catalytic domain of PTP-CD45 and inhibits dephosphorylation of tyrosine residues on protein substrates, which prevents cellular activation, growth arrest, and apoptosis.
