P110'-IN-1 is a monoclonal antibody that binds to the p110 catalytic subunit of phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase (PI3K) and inhibits its activity. P110'-IN-1 has been shown to have immunosuppressive and anti-inflammatory effects in vitro and in vivo. This drug is being developed for the treatment of autoimmune diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis, Crohn's disease, multiple sclerosis, psoriasis, and ulcerative colitis. It also has potential for cancer therapy due to its ability to induce apoptosis in hematopoietic cells. P110'-IN-1 is currently undergoing clinical trials for the treatment of type 1 diabetes mellitus and asthma.
