Description:

Brequinar is a dihydroorotate dehydrogenase inhibitor that has been shown to inhibit the mitochondrial function and replication of DNA. Brequinar works by inhibiting the formation of dihydroorotate, which is an intermediate in pyrimidine synthesis.
