Description:
Dubinidine is an alkaloid that is found in the roots of Duboisia myoporoides. It was first isolated in 1960 and has been used as an analytical standard for HPLC, as well as a reference material to calibrate mass spectrometers. Dubinidine has also been shown to have anti-inflammatory and antipyretic properties, which may be due to its ability to inhibit prostaglandin synthesis.
