Product Information

Name:
Clindamycin 3,4-isopropylidene
Description:

Clindamycin 3,4-isopropylidene is a potent inhibitor of kinases that play a key role in cancer cell growth and survival. This analog of clindamycin has been shown to induce apoptosis in human cancer cells by inhibiting the activity of protein kinases. It is also effective against tumors in animal models, with promising results in the treatment of breast and lung cancers. Clindamycin 3,4-isopropylidene is excreted mainly through urine and has low toxicity compared to other anticancer drugs. It may be used alone or in combination with other inhibitors for the treatment of various types of cancer. Additionally, it has been shown to enhance the anticancer effect of mirtazapine in Chinese hamster lung cells.
