2-(1-Hydroxy-3-methylbutylidene)-5,5-dimethyl-1,3-cyclohexanedione is a monoclonal antibody that has been shown to inhibit the enzyme acid phosphatase. It has been used in the diagnosis of liver disease and is specific for type IV collagenase.
