ARV-110, also known as bavdegalutamide, is a peptide inhibitor of the potassium channel Kv1.3, which is involved in the propagation of action potentials and neuronal excitability. ARV-110 has been shown to be an activator of the L-type voltage-gated calcium channel (L-VGCC) and a ligand for the beta2 adrenergic receptor (beta2AR). ARV-110 is a research tool that can be used to study protein interactions, ion channels, and receptors. It is highly purified, with a purity level greater than 95%.
