Product Information
1,9-Diazaspiro[5.5]undec-3-en-2-one hydrochloride is a cerebral vasodilator that reduces blood pressure by increasing the flow of blood in the vessels of the brain. It is soluble in water, alcohol and acetone. 1,9-Diazaspiro[5.5]undec-3-en-2-one hydrochloride has been shown to increase cerebral blood flow and improve impaired cerebral blood flow in animals with experimentally induced strokes. This drug can be used as an adjuvant for treatment of cerebrovascular disorders that are caused by atherosclerosis or high blood pressure.
