Product Information
Endoxifen hydrochloride is a highly potent estrogen receptor modulator that binds to the estrogen receptor. It is used for the treatment of various types of cancers that are responsive to endoxifen, such as breast cancer and uterine cancer. Endoxifen hydrochloride has been shown to have a high in vivo bioavailability and serum concentration in humans. This drug may be effective against certain types of cancers because it prevents the production of estrogen or its effects on tumor cells by binding to the estrogen receptor, which is necessary for the growth and division of these cells. Furthermore, endoxifen hydrochloride has been shown to be safe in animals, but not yet tested in humans.
