FluroBronze PCR Ladder
Description:
This range of DNA Ladders are specially prepared as ready-to-load fluorescent ladders. The flurobronze PCR ladder contains in addition to the tracking dye, a non-carcinogenic nucleic acid stain. The ladder should be loaded onto an agaorse gel (of appropriate concentration) containing no fluorescent dye. The stain contained in the ladder replaces ethidium bromide, thus eliminating its addition to the gel. This PCR Ladder has been designed to cover the most common range encountered in PCR amplifications. The range is represented by aesthetically pleasing ladder of five bands (50, 150, 300, 500 and 800 bp) that separate uniformly.
