Description:

This product contains the reagents that will facilitate the amplification of PCR products directly from animal tissue. The special buffer can be directly used for PCR amplification. This kit can effectively avoid the use of phenol/chloroform and other toxic and harmful organic solvent. The nucleic acid can be extracted in half an hour. Extraction solution helps break the cells. It contains buffers and ionic salts to regulate the pH and osmolarity of the lysate. Extraction solution also contains detergents to break up membrane structures, destroys the proteins in cell lysate (tissue, cell culture cells) and releases the nucleic acids, since it very effectively inactivates DNases and RNases. Neutralization solution will stop the action of extraction solution in the lysate.
2X Taq Mix contains 10X PCR buffer, Mg 2+, dNTP mix, Taq Polymerase. The thermostable DNA polymerase enzyme improves the efficiency of PCR and reduces the rate of mismatch. 2+
