Stability Very Hygroscopic, Light Sensitive
Applications Color additive in foods, drugs and cosmetics. It is used as a food dye and has the E number E129. The study found increased levels of hyperactivity and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder and lower IQs were observed in children consuming the chemicals.
