Description

Applications BAY 11-7082 is a nuclear factor-κB (NF-κB) inhibitor and a potential anti-inflammatory agent. It selectively and irreversibly inhibits NF-κB activation by blocking TNF-α-induced phosphorylation of Iκβα without affecting constitutive Iκβα phosphorylation. Potent IKK inhibitor
