Applications (1S,3R)-1-(1,3-Benzodioxol-5-yl)-2,3,4,9-tetrahydro-N-methyl-1H-pyrido[3,4-b]indole-3-carboxamide-d3 is the isotope labelled analog of (1S,3R)-1-(1,3-Benzodioxol-5-yl)-2,3,4,9-tetrahydro-N-methyl-1H-pyrido[3,4-b]indole-3-carboxamide (B203535); a byproduct formed in the preparation of Tadalafil (T004500) which is a phosphodiesterase 5 inhibitor used for the treatment of erectile dysfunction.
