Applications N-tert-Butyloxycarbonyl Silodosin N-oxide is an intermediate in the synthesis of Silodosin N-Oxide (S465045) which is an N-oxide metabolite or degradation product of the drug Silodosin (S465000) which is an α1a-adrenoceptor antagonist. It is used in treatment of benign prostatic hypertophy.
