Applications [5-20] Bivalirudin is the non-deuterized labeled form of Bivalirudin-d4 (B591632), which is an anticongulant drug that is a direct thrombin inhibitor. It is used for treatment of acute coronary syndromes, and is a safer alternative to heparin due to lower rates of bleeding as an adverse effect of anticoagulant in patients.
