Applications O-Desmethyl Brinzolamide is a derivative of Brinzolamide (B677601), a carbonic anhydrase inhibitor that is used as an ocular topical treatment for patients experiencing intraocular pressure. Brinzolamide reduces pressure by reducing the rate of aqueous humour formation.
