Applications 5(6)-Carboxytetramethylrhodamine Succinimidyl Ester is a fluorescent labeling reagent suitable for labeling antibody and nucleic acids. It exhibits excitation and emission at 542 nm and 575 nm, respectively. 5(6)-Carboxytetramethylrhodamine Succinimidyl Ester can be used for in vivo imaging applications.
