Description

Applications 7-Diethylamino-3-(4-maleimidophenyl)-4-methylcoumarin is a thiol-reactive fluorescent probe. 7-Diethylamino-3-(4-maleimidophenyl)-4-methylcoumarin (CPM) is a thiol-reactive fluorescent probe. CPM selectively forms Michael adducts in the presence of hyperreactive sulfhydryls.
