Applications Dorzolamide Maleic Acid Adduct, is the isomeric adduct resulting from the nucleophilic addition of Dorzolamide (D535100) to Maleic Acid. Dorzolamide, is a carbonic anhydrase inhibitor. It is an anti-glaucoma agent, and acts by decreasing the production of aqueous humour. It is used in the form of eye drops.
