Applications 4-Fluorophenylacetonitrile is used as a reagent in the synthesis of novel Daidzein analogs which exhibit anti-influenza activity in vitro. It is also used as a reagent in the synthesis of benzylbenzo[d]thiazole sulfonamides which exhibit anti-inflammatory activity.
