Applications (1R,2R,3S,5S)-Methyl 3-((3-(Benzyloxy)benzoyl)oxy)-8-azabicyclo[3.2.1]octane-2-carboxylate is an intermediate used in the synthesis of meta-Hydroxybenzoylecgonine-D3 (H808552), which is a labelled analogue of meta-Hydroxybenzoylecgonine (H808550). meta-Hydroxybenzoylecgonine is a major metabolite of Cocaine (HCl: C633500). It’s presence in infant meconium analysis indicates that the infant was exposed to Cocaine, causing long term effects on infant cognition, and language development.
